Archirodon at Rebrain Greece: Leading the Change in Talent Repatriation

On April 20^th, 2024, Archirodon participated in the Rebrain Greece event held in London, UK. Organized by the Hellenic Ministry of Labour and Social Security, this event aimed to attract highly skilled Greek professionals back to the Greek job market. The event saw participation from leading Greek enterprises, highlighting the critical importance of repatriating talent to drive Greece’s economic growth.

As a key participant, Archirodon showcased its commitment to fostering talent and contributing to the economic prosperity of the communities we serve. The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 600 prospective candidates expressing keen interest in returning to the Greek workforce.

Our team played a pivotal role, with Nafsika Pampouca, Human Resources Director, delivering a compelling presentation on Archirodon's expertise, values, and vast opportunities. Nafsika was accompanied by Eliana Theophanous, Central Functions Director, Myrto Karapiperi, Operations Control Development Manager, Giorgos Lykidis, Engineering Discipline Head, and Evangelos Tartarakis, HR Task Force. They engaged with candidates, providing insights into the modern skills needed to enhance Greece's competitiveness and showcasing Archirodon's international approach.
