Although I currently work as a Proposal Manager in Archirodon’s Tendering Department, I started my career in the Company working on projects in the Middle East a decade ago, having colleagues from different cultures and clients not used to seeing women in engineering positions. Although it was difficult in the beginning, this experience strengthened my personality and changed my way of thinking. I always liked the idea of working in an international construction group.
