Tania Nedelkopoulou – Legal Advisor/Athens Office, Greece

What I cherish the most is that I work in a company that operates in the real world, delivering complex infrastructure projects and making an impact that matters. Archirodon has projects all over the world and it is very exciting and challenging to be involved in complex transactions that lie in multiple jurisdictions. Even though our company is a major international player, it still keeps the core values of its founders, high ethical standards, and a friendly environment.

Aliki Apostolopoulou – Proposal Manager/Athens Office, Greece

Although I currently work as a Proposal Manager in Archirodon’s Tendering Department, I started my career in the Company working on projects in the Middle East a decade ago, having colleagues from different cultures and clients not used to seeing women in engineering positions. Although it was difficult in the beginning, this experience strengthened my personality and changed my way of thinking. Early on, I learned the importance of transparency—acknowledging mistakes, discussing corrections, and embracing continuous improvement.

Sheeza Piara – Human Resources Section Head/Dubai Office, UAE

I have been working at Archirodon since 2009, an organization that provides opportunities for everyone to develop and grow, both personally and professionally. It has been a very enriching experience for me; not only have I learned about my domain, but there has been a lot of cross-functional learning, which has led to my overall career growth. The company is not just an employer for me, it is an extension of my home, as I am the second generation of my family working at Archirodon. To me, this company stands for a legacy of safety and trust.

Marina Michailidou – Investment Analyst/Athens Office, Greece

Working in a globally recognized organization with activities in many countries gives you a sense of safety and stability that are not easily found within the current economic reality. One of the things I appreciate at work is the chance to meet and work with colleagues from other departments who are skilled, capable, hard-working, experienced, and talented and at the same time, down-to-earth, approachable, and friendly.

Anastasia Souta – Engineering Discipline Head/Athens Office, Greece

I always liked the idea of working in an international construction group. Every project is a new challenge with such diversity in the industry sectors, locations worldwide, project teams, clients, and cultural environments. But the best part is the great support I have from the company. Currently, I lead a group of Project Engineers and I am excited to have in my team such talented individuals and support them to perform at their best. Working with other teams, many times dispersed, digital, and dynamic, has proved successful all these years. Throughout my career in Archirodon, I had many opportunities to be part of major projects and learn from them. Since I joined the company, my career has grown, and I am grateful for this. Archirodon is a company that cares and respects its employees and I enjoy being part of it.

Monica Wilson – Project Controls Engineer/Cairo Office, Egypt

I’m so grateful to be part of this amazing company for 8 years now! I love the work environment a lot. What distinguishes Archirodon is that we work on Mega Projects that have helped build my knowledge and skills.  I’m looking forward to being involved in more challenging projects.

Christina Tsitoura – Corporate Environmental Manager/ Athens Office, Greece

Archirodon has been evolving, following the global transition towards more environmentally sustainable work practices in the construction industry, not only to meet client and regulatory requirements but also to protect the environment for future generations. While change doesn’t happen overnight, the company’s efforts in implementing environmentally relevant enhancements are continuous and I am excited that I can contribute to the company’s growth on that respect.
