Project Description

The project incldued the construction of the Refinery's Main Control Building, Seven Electrical Substations (no. 01, 11, 12, 16, 1603, 1107 & 1209), Process Interface Building and Operator Shelter, with a total area of 17,000 m2

The main items of work comprised :
  • Earthworks, Concrete Works and Finishings for Buildings.
  • Plumbing and Sanitary Networks.
  • Detailed Engineering and Installation of Power and Lighting System.
  • Detailed Engineering and Installation of Grounding and Lightning Protection.
  • Detailed Engineering and Installation of HVAC System.
  • Detailed Engineering and Installation of Fire & Gas detection and Protection Systems.
  • Telephone / LAN / Badge Reading Cabling Systems.
  • Pre-commissioning and Start-up of all the systems.
