Recognition of Excellence: MENA Road Project of the Year Award for Shura Bridge

Archirodon’s Shura Bridge project with Red Sea Global has clinched the title of MENA Road Project of the Year at the prestigious MEED Projects Awards 2023 Following its previous win of the MEED National Award for KSA earlier this year, the Shura Bridge project was shortlisted for the overall MENA award and ultimately received the top spot for the region.

The Shura Bridge stands as a key element of the visionary Red Sea mega project, an ambitious endeavor set to transform the region into a distinctive tourist destination. Positioned among a cluster of over 90 pristine islands at the intersection of Europe, Asia, and Africa, the Red Sea destination is an exquisite sanctuary. Red Sea Global has entrusted Archirodon with several EPC contract awards and at the heart of them lies the Shura Bridge. This 1.1km architectural marvel links mainland Saudi Arabia to the luxurious hub island, Shura, marking a significant milestone in the Red Sea development.

Throughout the project, Archirodon has remained dedicated to sustainability. Prioritizing biodiversity conservation and minimizing environmental impacts, the construction activities align with Red Sea’s vision of preserving the region's delicate ecosystems.
